This rimmed charger has the classic mermaid with flying fish and a flying hump backed whale. The inscription reads, "cape cod girls got no combs, they comb their hair with a cod fish bone": a line from the old whaling song. This charger is hump molded with a special undercut foot ring which facilitates wall hanging without extra hardware.
