A lidded storage jar with a bird finial. The mermaid and fish pattern in sgraffito into a traditional red clay body is based on Pennsylvannia German Fraktur art from the 18th Century; with special thanks to Georg Friederich Speyer for his wonderful mermaids and animals and Friederich Krebs for his florals.
